TERMS OF SALE, SHIPPING, & RETURNS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS APPLY TO YOU AND YOUR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCTS FROM PIRATES AND PEARLS COFFEE ROASTERS (“PIRATES AND PEARLS”, "PIRATES & PEARLS", "PIRATES AND PEARLS COFFEE:, "PIRATES & PEARLS COFFEE", "P&P", “WE”, “US”, “OUR”) THROUGH ITS WEBSITE, LOCATED AT HTTP://PIRATESANDPEARLSCOFFEE.COM APP, OR SOCIAL NETWORKING SERVICES, ETC. (INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY, THE "SITE"), EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH PIRATES AND PEARLS THAT SUPERSEDES SOME OR ALL OF THESE TERMS. THESE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE AT ANY TIME, IN PIRATES AND PEARLS'S SOLE DISCRETION. BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS THROUGH THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF SUCH ORDER. ALL SALES ARE EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS IN ADDITION TO PIRATES AND PEARLS TERMS OF USE.
YOUR ACCOUNT
When you make a purchase from the Site, you may create an account as part of the checkout process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and restricting access to your password and account. You further agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and activities that occur under your account.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order in our sole discretion. In addition, before accepting your order, we may require additional information if you have not provided all of the information required by us to complete your order. Once a properly completed order is received, authorization of your form of payment is received and we have accepted your order, we will promptly place your order in line for shipment.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices for products (and the associated costs of shipping and tax) are shown in U.S. dollars. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice, and you agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on the payment screens. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.
PAYMENT TERMS
Pirates and Pearls currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, etc. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated credit card and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping and handling) to that card. If the card cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled automatically.
SHIPPING TERMS AND POLICIES
We diligently work to ship all orders for in-stock items within three (3) business days. Standard shipping is typically via the U.S. Postal Service and you should allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. If expedited shipping is required, please select that as your shipping choice. All shipping charges are your responsibility, unless waived by Pirates and Pearls. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed prior to finalizing your order. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. All orders are shipped FOB (we relinquish ownership, and you, the buyer, accepts ownership of products purchased) shipping point. Title to products passes from Pirates and Pearls to you upon shipment and we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
The policy of Pirates and Pearls is 30 days for returns. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as coffee, food, etc. cannot be returned.
To complete your request, send a message on the Contact Pirates and Pearls page. After we receive your return request and validate the purchase, we will send you the return information. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify if your return was approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit card used for original payment will be credited.
What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?

ERRORS
We attempt to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, photographs, pricing or other information on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate. Pirates and Pearls makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. If a product offered by Pirates and Pearls is not as described or pictured, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition for a refund. In the event of an error, whether on the Site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, in delivering a product or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Your sole remedy in the event of an error is to cancel your order and obtain a refund. The inclusion of any products or services on the Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how Pirates and Pearls collects, uses and discloses personally identifiable information from its users. By accessing or using the Site, you consent to all actions that we take with respect to your data consistent with our Privacy Policy.
